Goldhil titles licensed to Cerebellum
By Cindy Spielvogel -- Video Business,06/30/2008
JUNE 30 | The product of Goldhil Entertainment will now be available from Cerebellum, a company formed by James Rena, who bought Goldhil in 2006.
Because Goldhil continued to experience financial problems as a result of the debt load Rena inherited, creditor Avalon Capital Advisors forced an asset auction on June 17. However, the auction failed to attract a suitable buyer, so Avalon took possession of Goldhil, Rena said.
Rena left Goldhil but then licensed the company’s titles for his San Francisco-based company Cerebellum. Cerebellum also was the name of Rena’s educational programming company that had been folded into Goldhil.

Gary Goldman is probably serving jail time now for all the ripoffs he was responsible for.

Goldhil was a great company when Gary Goldman ran the show. This company was obviously driven in to the ground in a hurry by the "new management" that took over the place and forced Gary to leave.
Then, the replacement to the new management manipulated this to their advantage, never paid any of the Producers, and got to keep all of the titles.
This sounds like a classic move similar to Celebrity, Unapix / A-Pix, Ardustry, Allumination ....
