AOL streams free segments of Dissent
AUG. 27 | FROM VARIETY: AOL's True Stories Web site will stream 40 minutes of excerpts from the documentary Manufacturing Dissent at no extra cost this week. Sam Mandel, chief operating officer of DVD distributor Liberation Entertainment, said the AOL deal "will help us to maximize the DVD value."

IFC films bow on Comcast VOD
