Michael Clayton DVD, HD DVD, Blu-ray

Happy New Year!
Sorry for my absence. It was a crazy Christmas and New Year for me, as my husband had an accident and had to have surgery on both his elbows and we moved to Houston.
But I'm back, and I've got lots of new releases to tell you about. First up, Warner will release Michael Clayton on Feb. 19 on DVD, HD DVD and Blu-ray (before Warner defects to Blu-ray only). The George Clooney-starring thriller grossed $38.7 million at the box office.
I missed this in theaters, but it was one that looked good in the trailer. Clooney plays a New York attorney who finds trouble brewing when he's hired to do damage control for a corporation in a class-action law suit. It got a whopping 90% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes.
The film got four Golden Globe nods (Best Actor Clooney, Best Supporting Actor Tom Wilkinson, Best Supporting Actress Tilda Swinton and Best Motion Picture - Drama), and judging by its box-office revenue, it has more to go on DVD.
DVD, HD DVD and Blu-ray include additional scenes and commentary. It will be priced at $28.98 on DVD and $35.99 on both of the high-def formats.
