Tropic Thunder DVD, Blu-ray

Its major competition on that day is Disney's WALL-E and Warner's The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, but they're different demographics. (Click for all upcoming new releases by quarter.)
Paramount's comedy about five pampered actors acting on location in a Vietnam War movie and get caught up in some real-life action has an all-star cast, with Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Jr. (whose Iron Man is reportedly the best-selling DVD and Blu-ray disc of the year) and Jack Black. (Interesting that the studio didn't put their mugs on the DVD cover, but it's a cute cover.) And judging by the trailer, it looks pretty hilarious:
Paramount has packed the two-DVD and Blu-ray sets with extras. Here's the list:
