In Lionsgate's Crank 2: High Voltage, Statham returns as Chev Chelios, who wakes up to find his heart has been replaced with a battery-operated ticker that needs regular jolts of electricity to keep going. Meanwhile, Chelios is on the run from Mexican gang boss El Huron (Clifton Collins Jr.) and the Chinese Triads (with the leader played by the late David Carradine). Amy Smart and Dwight Yoakam also return for this sequel.
