Nim's Island DVD, Blu-ray

Family film Nim's Island grossed $45 million in theaters and will be released on DVD and Blu-ray on Aug. 5 (prebook July 9), priced at $29.98 and $39.48, respectively.
Fox's movie, based on the children's novel by Wendy Orr, tells the story of a girl, Nim, who lives on a deserted island with her scientist father and contacts her favorite author for help when Nim's father goes missing.
Jodie Foster stars as the author, with Little Miss Sunshine's Abigail Breslin as Nim and 300 Gerard Butler as her dad.
