Bridge to Terabithia

June 19 is the date for Buena Vista's Bridge to Terabithia, and it will be coming out on DVD ($29.99) and Blu-ray ($34.99). Prebook is May 7.
Both versions will offer two featurettes ("Digital Imagination: Bringing Terabithia to Life" and "Behind the Book: The Themes of
Bridge to Terabithia") and AnnaSophia Robb's music video for "Keep Your Mind With Open."
With $78 million at the box office and based on the Newbery Medal winning novel, the movie is bound to find an audience on DVD. Don't know about Blu-ray just yet. Are early adopters buying high-def movies for their kids?
Buena Vista promises a marketing campaign that was 20% bigger than the one the studio gave to Eight Below. And consumers will be able to instantly save $6 when they buy both Terabithia and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: The Friendship Edition. Pooh arrives the same day priced at $29.95 and is timed to coattail the launch of the new TV series My Friends Tigger & Pooh.
