Miss Pettigrew Lives For a Day DVD
May 8, 2008

Universal's Miss Pettigrew Lives For a Day only had a limited theatrical release, despite starring Amy Adams, fresh off Disney's hit Enchanted. But Miss Pettigrew grossed a decent $12 million.

The movie, which looks like its a lot of fun, also stars the wonderful Frances McDormand as Miss Pettigrew herself, who is a middle-age London nanny who is dismissed unfairly and finds work out of her comfort zone as a social secretary for a glamorous actress, Adams.

The movie will bow on DVD on Aug. 19 (prebook July 15) priced at $29.98.

Extras will include deleted scenes, featurettes and commentary.

That's all for now, but if you haven't done so lately, check out our running list of theatrical new release dates by quarter.
