The Spiderwick Chronicles DVD

After earning $57 million at the box office so far, the movie version of the book series The Spiderwick Chronicles will appear on DVD on June 24 (prebook May 15). It will be released in a single disc for $29.99 and a two-disc Special Collector's Edition for $36.99.
Paramount's two-disc set will include behind-the-scenes featurettes, "The Magic os Spiderwick," a look at the Spiderwick world, deleted scenes and a peek inside character Arthur Spiderwick's Field Guide. The single disc will have two of the featurettes.
As I mentioned, the fantasy adventure is based on the five-book series by Holly Black and Tony DiTerlizzi, a best-selling series about the children of the Grace family and the amazing creatures they find living in their new house.
Looks like a lot of fun and will no doubt do well on disc.
