City Slickers Collector's Edition DVD

MGM, distributed by Fox, is having another go at City Slickers. The mid-life crisis comedy starring Billy Crystal, Daniel Stern and Jack Palance will be released as a Collector's Edition on June 3 (prebook May 7), priced at the low $14.98.

And the studio is putting on a sweepstakes to promote the release. The "Be A City Slicker's Cowboy" sweepstakes will give one grand prize winner round-trip airfare and a six-night, seven-day stay at The Colorado Cattle Company Guest Ranch in New Raymer, Colo., for three people.

First prize winners will get 10 films from MGM: Ronin, Kingpin, Thomas Crown Affair, When Harry Met Sally..., Throw Momma From the Train, The Birdcage, Memories of Me, Fargo, Mr. Saturday Night and The Princess Bride. Good catalog titles.

The sweepstakes runs June 1-30 and consumers can entry at www.cityslickersdvd.com.
