305 DVD

After starting out as a fun short on YouTube, 305 was expanded into a full feature mockumentary, spinning off of the great Spartan battle flick 300. On May 27, Allumination will deliver the full 305 to DVD, priced at $29.98.
There are no names, but the film is an obvious take off of 300, so that should peek interest in viewers that like the Scary Movie series.
Allumination reports that during July last year, 305 was the most viewed comedy and the second most viewed video on YouTube, later getting into the top 400 most watched Internet video all time, as tracked by VidMeter.com. Not bad when you consider how many videos there are on the Web.
305 features a bunch of Spartans selected by Leonides to watch a goat field. Comedy ensues.
Bonuses on the DVD include commentary, three featurettes, bloopers, additional scenes and the original 305 short, which you can also see here:
