Sand and Sorrow DVD

From the sad but worth seeing group, HBO will release Sand and Sorrow, a look at the history and current civil war in Darfur, on Jan. 29 (order now) on DVD priced at $24.98.
It's a documentary everyone should see, but it will probably get most noticed because it was executive produced and narrated by George Clooney. Sorry Clooney fans, only his voice is actually part of the program.
The doc offers footage and insight into the problems of the area, highlighted by watching the leader of the opposition signing a peace treaty and shaking hands with the man whose organization killed his brother less than 24 hours earlier. It's tough stuff, and should open the eyes of everyone.
HBO product is distributed by Warner.
