Til Death DVD, other TV shows

DVD releases for the first of the new TV shows that survived this past season have been announced. Sony will bow Brad Garrett-starring sitcom 'Til Death on Aug. 21 (prebook July 26; DVD $39.95), while Universal will bring out Tina Fey's sitcom 30 Rock on Sept. 4 (prebook July 31; DVD $49.98).
Universal also will deliver sci-fi hit Heroes on Aug. 28 (prebook July 24) on DVD ($59.98) and HD DVD ($99.98).
And Buena Vista debuts drama Brothers & Sisters on Sept. 18 (prebook July 24) and comedy Ugly Betty in a Bettyfied Edition on Aug. 21 (prebook July 3). Both are priced at $59.99.
Old favorites
Older show Two and a Half Men comes to DVD for the first time on Sept. 11 (prebook July 17; DVD $44.98) from Warner.
Meanwhile, Buena Vista will release third-season sets of ABC hits Desperate Housewives, Grey's Anatomy and Lost on Sept. 4 (prebook July 10), Sept. 11 (prebook July 17) and Dec. 11 (prebook Oct. 16), respectively.
And MGM ends Stargate SG-1 with the season 10 DVD release on July 24 (prebook June 27; DVD $49.98) through Fox.
