A Christmas Story Ultimate Edition

How many versions of A Christmas Story do we need? Apparently more.
Warner has already delivered single-disc versions, a two-disc special edition, Blu-ray and HD DVD -- and the studio says they sold 8.3 million units.
Well, on Nov. 4 (prebook Sept. 30), the movie will be released as an Ultimate Collector's Edition for the movie's 25th anniversary, on DVD and Blu-ray.
This new set, priced at $39.99, will include a treeload of extras, and not just those on the included two-disc special edition.
Stuffed inside a cookie tin container, will be a 50+-page recipe book, five cookie cutters inspired by the film (you can make cookies in the shape of the leg lamp, the bunny suit, the house, turkey and star, hahaha), an apron with the Christmas Story title treatment on it and, of course, the two-disc special edition. The DVDs include commentary, audio recordings and featurettes.
On Blu-ray ($49.99), the collection also includes a string of leg lamp holiday lamps. hahaha
