Smart People DVD, Blu-ray

And another one starring Ellen Page.
Yesterday I told you about Image Entertainment's The Tracey Fragments, starring darling Juno.
The following month, Page plays the quirky daughter in the dysfunctional Wetherhold family in Miramax/Disney's Smart People, coming to DVD and Blu-ray on Aug. 12 (prebook July 1).
The movie, which grossed $9 million in a quick theatrical release, also stars Dennis Quaid as the father, Sarah Jessica Parker as Quaid's former student and love interest and Thomas Haden Church as Quaid's underachieving brother.
On DVD and Blu-ray, the movie will come with nine deleted scenes, outtakes, commentary by director Noam Murro and writer Mark Jude Poirier, interviews with the producers and cast and footage from the movie's premiere at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival.
The DVD will be priced at $29.99, with Blu-ray at $34.99.
