Revenge of the Fallen shows strong retail force
PHYSICAL: Blockbuster sequel at No. 1 on DVD, Blu-ray charts

OCT. 28 | PHYSICAL: Paramount Home Entertainment’s Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was the No. 1 DVD and Blu-ray Disc rental and seller, according to Rentrak.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was No. 1 on the DVD and Blu-ray charts.
The action sequel was this year’s biggest box-office hit, grossing more than $400 million in the U.S.
Riding the coattails of Revenge of the Fallen, the 2007 Transformers moved up to the No. 3 spot on the DVD sales chart.
Also debuting this week, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment’s DVD premiere Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead was the No. 7 DVD rental and seller. The third film in the franchise, Left for Dead follows a group of people who are trapped in the backwoods of West Virginia and fight for their lives against cannibals.
Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment’s romantic comedy The Proposal, which grossed $163.8 million at the box office, held strong as the No. 2 DVD rental and seller and Blu-ray rental.
In the film, Sandra Bullock stars as a pushy boss who convinces her assistant (Ryan Reynolds) to marry her so that she can stay in the U.S.
