This first installment of this fun online live-action series premiered at Crackle.com on March 2 and is slated to run through March 13. Sexy Zoe Bell (Death Proof) stars as ruthless hit woman Eve, who develops a conscience after one of her targets plunges a knife into her head. In the first two installments in the 10-episode cycle, there are already a half-dozen deaths and some mildly fetishistic posturing on the part of Bell. That said, there’s bound to be much more killing, vengeful behavior and titillation to come. Death plays well in this episodic, online form—its fast-paced fights and cliff-hanger design make it worth checking back. The word is that it’ll be released in its entirety on DVD later this year, so consider its online run as a feature-length sneak preview.
