Celebrity releases Davey and Goliath collector's edition

The stop-motion animation episodes have not been on DVD before.

FEB. 16 | FAITH & FAMILY: In time for Easter, Celebrity Video Distribution is releasing a collector's edition of episodes from the Davey and Goliath stop-motion animation series from Gumby creators Art Clokey and Ruth Clokey Goodell.

Get upcoming titles for faith and family

Locked in vaults for more than 30 years, the episodes have not been released on DVD before.

The programs have moral themes, teaching lessons about God and treating others well.

Coming to stores April 7 (prebook Feb. 24), Davey and Goliath: The Lost Episodes is priced at $24.99.

Aimed at families, the collection contains 10 restored episodes from the stop-motion animation Sunday morning series from the '60s and '70s.
