NOV. 24 | FROM TWICE: Even the prospect of steep savings on Black Friday will fail to rouse shell-shocked consumers, retailers fear.Merchants are now projecting a slim 1.2 percent increase in sales on Black Friday, compared with the 8.3-percent spike enjoyed last year, a new survey of retail executives shows.
