In March, Sofia Chang’s role at HBO expanded beyond just marketing videos to handling everything from DVDs to HBO-branded products such as Sopranos wine.

“There are a lot of women in very senior positions at this company who are very respected, and in the years they’ve been here, they’ve seen their responsibilities grow as well,” says Chang, whose company’s titles are distributed by sister company Warner Home Video.
