After a 14-year career at Mattel, Parducci joined Lionsgate in January 2004, on the first day the company and former Artisan Entertainment employees worked under a single merged unit.

Among her recent accomplishments, she took a lead role in Lionsgate’s March distribution agreement with kids’ educational brand LeapFrog Enterprises.
