Zohan adds style to Sony’s slate

In October, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will release Adam Sandler’s latest film, You Don’t Mess With the Zohan. The comedy will be available not only on DVD, but on other formats guys are known to like—Blu-ray and PlayStation Portable—and there’s a digital copy on the two-disc set. —Cindy Spielvogel

Seedsman targets dads

Seedsman Group, which specializes in parenting DVDs, has a release made just for guys. The company has developed an American version of the successful Australian program Being Dad, according to Mike Currie, president of Seedsman. After interviewing men around the country, the producers discovered that the feelings of expectant fathers are universal. Seedsman is promoting Being Dad through baby and maternity channels. Currie says women are the likely purchasers, but they’ll buy the title for men. “It’s a guy DVD—by guys, for guys and about guys,” he says. “But women will love it too.” —C.S.
