Best Buy Intl.’s chief operating officer resigns

FROM TWICE: No replacement named

JUNE 30 | FROM TWICE: Kevin Layden will step down as chief operating officer of Best Buy’s international division on July 4.

No explanation was given for his resignation, which was revealed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, and no successor was named.
