CinemaNow signs with Samsung
P2 portable player service will show movies, TV shows

NOV. 1 | CinemaNow’s download video service is now available on the Samsung P2 Portable Media Player.
Samsung P2 users can purchase and download movies, TV shows and music videos at Samsung.CinemaNow.com, priced from $1.99 to $19.95. Users will have access to all major movie and TV releases from Walt Disney Studios, 20th Century Fox, Lionsgate, MGM, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Universal Studios and Warner Bros.; music videos from EMI and Sony BMG; and programming from the Sundance Channel, A&E, The History Channel, Egami and others.

The Samsung P2 PMP has a 3-inch screen equipped with 16:9 aspect ratio and 30fps video playback. The P2 is the first Samsung Portable Media Player to feature a full touch screen graphical user interface, featuring EmoTure, an input system that allows the finger to control player functions, not only by tapping selections but also fast-forwarding or rewinding playback by sliding a finger across the screen.
