Sony promotes Nielsen to senior VP
Manages advertising, packaging designs for DVD, UMD, Blu-ray

AUG. 17 | Kelly Nielsen has been upped to senior VP of worldwide creative advertising at Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
Previously VP of that unit, Nielsen will continue to manage trade and consumer advertising campaigns across all media channels for domestic and internationally released titles. Nielsen also will oversee packaging design and production on DVD, UMD and Blu-ray Disc formats.
She will report to Lexine Wong, Sony senior executive VP of worldwide marketing.
“Kelly’s passion and creativity coupled with her keen knowledge of the home entertainment business have been instrumental in the development of SPHE’s most successful marketing campaigns,” Wong said.
